Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Innova Cloud processes the personal data of people who visit innovacloud.io and of people who contact us through the form, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

Who the controller is
INNOVA CLOUD SOLUCOES TECNOLOGICAS LTDA, registered under CNPJ No. 57.202.370/0001-29, with its registered office at Avenida Paulista, 1106, Suite 01, Floor 16, São Paulo, SP, 01310-914, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site.
For any matter related to personal data, including contacting our data protection officer, write to privacy@innovacloud.io.

What data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, job title, email, phone, reason for contact and message.
- Submission context: site language and the page the form was sent from.
- Form security: technical signals from the browser and the interaction, analysed by Google's reCAPTCHA Enterprise to identify automated submissions.
- Browsing statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, visit duration, traffic source, device type and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics.
We do not ask for sensitive data, and the site is not intended for people under 18.

Why we use the data and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and record it in our CRM so the conversation can continue. Legal bases: consent (art. 7, I) and preliminary steps related to a contract, at the data subject's request (art. 7, V).
- To protect the form against spam and abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, with Google Analytics. Legal basis: consent (art. 7, I), given in the cookie notice.
- To comply with legal or regulatory obligations, where applicable (art. 7, II).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share data with
- Odoo: the CRM system where we record requests received through the form.
- Google: reCAPTCHA Enterprise, for form security, and Google Analytics, for usage statistics, only with your consent.
- WhatsApp: only if you choose to talk to us on that channel. In that case, WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.
- Public authorities, when required by law or by a court order.
These providers process the data according to our instructions and their own policies.

International transfers
Some providers, such as Google, may process data on servers located outside Brazil. These transfers follow article 33 of the LGPD and rely on the contractual safeguards those providers offer, such as standard data protection clauses.

How long we keep data
- Contact form data: 12 months from the last contact. After that it is deleted, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months, according to the property's retention setting.
- Cookie choice: 12 months. After that, the notice appears again.

Your rights
As a data subject, you can at any time and free of charge (art. 18 of the LGPD):
- confirm whether we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- request the anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the LGPD;
- request the portability of your data to another provider;
- request the deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent;
- find out who we share your data with;
- withdraw your consent;
- file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@innovacloud.io. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before handling the request.

How to withdraw your consent
You can change your choice about analytics cookies at any time under "Cookie preferences", in the site footer. If you decline, Google Analytics is no longer loaded and its cookies are deleted.
To withdraw the consent given in the contact form, write to privacy@innovacloud.io.

Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems. If a security incident occurs that may create a relevant risk or harm, we will notify the affected data subjects and the ANPD, as required by the LGPD.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. When a change affects analytics cookies, we will ask for your choice again.
